Fall 2026 Sept. 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th Oct. 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th Nov. 4th, 11th, 18th, (No class 25th Thanksgiving Break) Dec. 2nd, 9th (13 Days) Fee: $455 (Sibling 1 $425, Sibling 2 $400) Winter 2027 Jan. 6th, 13th, 20th, 26th Feb. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th March 3rd, 10th (10 Days) Fee: $350 (Sibling 1 $325, Sibling 2 $300) Spring 2027 March 17th, 24th, 31st April 7th, 14th (No Class 21st and 28th Spring Break) May 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th June 2nd (10 Days) Fee:$350 (Sibling 1 $325, Sibling 2 $300) Class Description: Stage combat is as old as theatre in the west- safe, realistic ways of ‘fake fighting’ have always been needed to enhance the drama on stage and screen. This stage combat class will begin with simple unarmed combat then move on to swords and other weapons, learning the basic footwork, six basic parries and a range of blade attacks, disengages, coupes and avoids. This year we will also explore scene construction, integrating dialogue and character while increasing the complexity and duration of the fights themselves.
