Students will have the opportunity to write, poetry, prose, short stories, and dialogue. We will use classical and modern children's literature to fuel our writing exploration. This class will provide the opportunity to work with individuals and small groups meeting the students at their writing level. The multi-age setting will give students the chance to work with peer mentors and share writing within the class to create an exciting and motivational atmosphere. There will be a literary salon style sharing at the end of each term.
