Fall 2026 Sept. 10th, 17th, 24th, Oct. 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Nov. 5th, 12th, 19th, (No Class 26th Thanksgiving Break) Dec. 3rd, 10th (13 Days) Fee: $455+$40 (Sibling 1 $425+$40, Sibling 2 $400+$40) Winter 2027 Jan.7th, 14th, 21st, 28th Feb. 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th March 4th, 11th (10 Days) Fee:$350+$40 (Sibling 1 $325+$40, Sibling 2 $300+$40) Spring 2027 March 18th, 25th April 1st, 8th, 15th (No Class 23rd and 30th Spring Break) May 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th June 4th (10 Days) Fee:$350+$40 (Sibling 1 $325+$40, Sibling 2 $300+$40) Class Description: Students engage with dynamic content including: self-paced Italic handwriting workbook; practical English grammar from discussion of great children’s literature read aloud; copy-work and/or dictation from the literature for supported self-correction in class; narration as a comprehension tool; Latin & Greek roots as a game; memory work using famous poetry and writing poetry of our own! We always have room for questions, and have a few projects involving the history of language and of written language as art. The class atmosphere has an organic sense of peer mentorship. There will be room for social interaction. We always start with a check-in circle. Each child has a chance to share. The class has a comforting structure, and plenty of variety to keep it snappy. We wrap with some chat time for the kids to connect with each other. Language is a social tool, so we practice it by being social.
