When we talk about art and art history we are talking about paintings and sculptures BUT also architecture, pottery, home objects, performance and anything else that humans have made! Class objectives include but are not limited to understanding how and why a piece of art was created, to encourage self-expression, to exercise creative thinking and engage in artistic experimentation.
