All levels. Bring yourself as you are, and you can do yoga. Beginners and all bodies welcome. Intro poses through advanced stretch or workout versions, based on your desires and abilities. You'll learn some Sanskrit, find your balance, get grounded, goof around a bit, work abs and other important muscles, meditate, breathe deeply and enjoy yogic sleep during a guided relaxation.

Using methods from Charlotte Mason, Waldorf and Classical, plus techniques proven fun and useful over 20 years of homeschooling her own children and teaching homeschool education classes for the past 11 years, Miranda brings fun to a subject that should be fun, but never at the expense of a healthy respect for the rules. Games galore with real learning.
